Kate Siraj is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (BSc Ayurveda, MAPA), a Shadow Work group facilitator and coach and a co-founder and lecturer at The Ayurveda Academy.
She has 3 children and is passionate about healthy diet and lifestyle as a way of keeping them fit, strong and disease free.
Previous to discovering her love for Ayurveda, Kate completed a chemistry degree at Oxford University and then worked as a marketing manager for a blue-chip multinational.
