Accessing stillness is essential for a healthy, harmonious and balanced life. Ikebana is a simple activity done in silence and the effect on the individual is reflected in the flower arrangement.
Looking at the finished work serves as a reminder to others. Come along, have a simple lunch at 12.30pm for a vegetarian buffet, be given instructions at 1.45pm. and finish at 4pm..
£15 include lunch or £12 just for the meeting.
